Made-to-order wall art is produced after you choose and order an offered artwork, size and finish. It is different from selecting a finished item already waiting on a shop shelf, and it is not automatically a bespoke commission.
Selection comes first
Check the artwork name, dimensions, orientation and physical finish together. A styled room image may show only one representative option. The chosen variant in your order determines what is produced.
Production and delivery are separate stages
The production window describes the time used to make and prepare the work. Transit starts after dispatch. A courier estimate should not be read as the full time from ordering to arrival. Check the current product and shipping information for the applicable window.
Location depends on the product
An Australian brand does not mean every offered material is manufactured in Australia. Supplier routing can differ by finish and destination. If local manufacture is essential to your choice, confirm the exact option before ordering rather than relying on the brand's address.
Make decisions before submitting

- Measure the complete intended wall arrangement.
- Review the selected finish and its included components.
- Read the current cancellation, shipping and returns information.
Do not assume an order can be changed once production begins. Equally, do not infer your rights from the phrase “made to order”; read the applicable store policy and contact the studio if anything is unclear.
Keep the personal part in view
A print can be personally meaningful without being a one-off commission. Cypress Mist may recall a landscape, a season or a colour you have always loved. The made-to-order process determines how the object is supplied; your connection to the image is what makes its place in the home individual.
