Terms of service

These terms apply to use of the Maison Remea online store and purchases made through it. Please read the product details and the delivery and returns information before ordering. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable consumer law.

Artworks and product information

We take reasonable care to describe our artworks and their available options accurately. The product page identifies the artwork, size, framing option and whether the purchase is for one piece or a stated set. The specifications and price confirmed for your selected option form part of your order.

Canvas dimensions are stated width first, then height. Unless expressly described as outside frame dimensions, measurements refer to the canvas face. An added float frame increases the finished width and height. Check the dimensions for your chosen option and measure your space before ordering.

Room images are styled visualisations. They illustrate the artwork in a setting; furnishings and other decorative items are not included. The canvas print reproduces the artwork shown. Any depicted glass-like surfaces, metallic colours, sculptural forms or painted effects are part of the printed image unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

Screen settings and the printing process can cause minor differences in colour. This does not limit your rights if a product is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Availability and custom sizes

Sizes and framing options vary between artworks. Only options shown as available can be purchased directly. If you would like a custom size or an option that is not available online, contact us for a quote. We will check feasibility and confirm the agreed specification, price and delivery details before payment. An enquiry does not guarantee that a requested size or finish can be produced.

Prices and payment

The price for your selected artwork option is shown in the displayed currency. Check the currency, delivery charges, applicable taxes and final order total before payment. Offers apply only according to their stated terms.

Orders are subject to successful payment and acceptance. If a material error or supply problem affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and your options. We will not substitute a different artwork, size or framing option without your agreement. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Production and delivery

Artworks are made to order. Production location and delivery options depend on the artwork specification and destination. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, unless we have expressly agreed a particular service or date with you.

Standard Australian delivery is included only where stated. International checkout is available only for eligible product options and addresses. If no suitable delivery rate appears, contact us for a quote before paying. See our delivery and returns policy for further information.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Where no mandatory cancellation or cooling-off right applies, a change-of-mind cancellation or return may not be available once production has begun. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or cooling-off rights remain available. Printing an artwork after it is ordered does not by itself make it legally personalised or remove those rights.

Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed goods are handled separately under applicable consumer law. The details are set out in our delivery and returns policy.

Consumer rights and problems with an order

If there is a problem, contact Maison Remea with your order number and details. We are responsible for handling issues with products we sell. We will provide any remedy required by applicable law. These terms and the made-to-order nature of a product do not remove consumer-guarantee rights.

Intellectual property and website use

Artwork, imagery, text, branding and other store content may be protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Buying a physical artwork does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights in its image. Please obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before reproducing or commercially using protected content.

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy or use content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you browse the store, place an order or contact us.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. Updates do not retrospectively change the agreed terms of an accepted order. For questions about an artwork, delivery, a quote or an existing order, contact Maison Remea.
