A room can hold the feeling of a place: the blue of water before evening, the warmth of stone in the sun, the stillness of trees after rain. Maison Remea brings those impressions into contemporary art for the home.
Based in Australia, our studio explores travel, nature, architecture and sculptural form through digitally created compositions. Some works are rich with colour and movement. Others leave more room for light, distance and quiet. Each offers a starting point for an interior that feels personal.
Colour with character
Our visual language moves between richness and restraint. Sapphire and ivory. Oxblood and pearl. Olive, amber and the soft blue of reflected light. A deliberate line gives structure to colour; an open passage gives the eye somewhere to rest.
We are interested in the details you continue to notice: a small shape within a larger composition, a shade that changes beside timber, a landscape that brings a memory to mind. The connection belongs to the person who lives with the work.
Chosen to be lived with
A home takes shape through the things we choose to keep close. Art can give a room its focus, bring warmth to a familiar corner or connect the colours already around you. Begin with the work that holds your attention, then consider its scale, finish and place in your daily life.
For a pair, we look for a shared palette and two individual compositions. The relationship should feel considered, with enough difference for each artwork to stand on its own.
From digital composition to printed artwork
Maison Remea artworks are printed to order in the sizes and finishes listed on each product page. Available options include stretched canvas, Natural or Black float-framed canvas and acrylic panels. The current collection is open edition.
Painterly marks, mineral surfaces, glass-like depth and gold tones are qualities of the printed image. They are not raised paint, dimensional glass or metallic leaf.
