Prepare a clear, dry space before opening artwork. Allow enough room for the packaging and the full object, and have help available if its size or weight makes it difficult to handle safely.
Check the package first
Look for obvious impact, moisture or crushing and photograph any concern before opening. Keep the delivery label available with your order details, but do not share personal address information publicly.
Open without contacting the artwork
Follow any opening instructions on the package. Keep blades away from the object and avoid pulling on a frame edge, print face or mounting component. Set aside protective materials until the inspection is complete.
Compare with the order
- Correct artwork and quantity.
- Selected size and orientation.
- Selected canvas, frame colour or acrylic finish.
- Included components described in the listing.
- Visible condition of the surface and edges.
Inspect in ordinary, even light. A reflection on a glossy panel can look different as you move; compare it from another angle before concluding that it is a mark.
Report concerns before installation
If something appears damaged, incorrect or missing, contact the seller with the order number and clear photographs. Retain the packaging while the issue is reviewed and follow the current store policy. Do not attempt a repair or discard evidence before receiving guidance.
Hang using the supplied guidance
Confirm the actual finished weight and mounting arrangement before selecting wall fixings. Our canvas options do not include hanging hardware. Arrange suitable hardware and wall fixings for the actual object and wall. A representative product photograph does not establish where every fixing point will be on the delivered object.
Once installed, enjoy the artwork from your normal viewing position. The arrival check should establish that the object matches the order so you can settle into living with it.
