How to Plan Wall-Art Care Before Choosing a Position

Olive Orchard After Rain — Acrylic panel, 16 × 20 in; Prodigi product preview showing this finish in a representative size.

Artwork care begins with its position. Before deciding on a wall, check the product's display and cleaning guidance, then consider the light, moisture, heat and everyday handling that the location will involve.

Observe the wall through the day

Note direct sunlight, nearby heaters, cooking vapour, splashes and condensation. A room that seems dry and evenly lit during a brief visit may have different conditions at another time. Ask the supplier if you are unsure whether a proposed position is suitable.

Keep material-specific instructions

Canvas, frame finishes and acrylic surfaces should not be assumed to share the same cleaning method. Retain the guidance for the actual product and use only the recommended approach. Household glass cleaner, solvent or an abrasive cloth should not be treated as a universal solution.

For our stretched canvas

Prodigi’s guidance for the 38mm GLOBAL-CAN range recommends a dry, stable room away from direct or reflected sunlight and heat sources. Use a soft brush to remove settled dust; do not clean the canvas with liquids or chemical products. Read the supplier’s stretched-canvas care sheet. These instructions apply to the canvas surface, not automatically to an acrylic panel or decorative frame.

Make gentle access possible

A work above a very deep piece of furniture can be difficult to reach safely. Consider how you will inspect the mount and care for the object without leaning across it or pressing against the image surface.

Plan for moving and redecorating

Keep suitable packaging where practical. Before painting a room or moving furniture, take the work down using a careful handling plan. Avoid leaving it where tools, moisture or passing objects can damage the surface.

Olive Orchard After Rain depicts leaves and a rain-softened atmosphere, but the subject says nothing about the physical print's suitability for damp conditions. Display guidance comes from the material specification, not the image.

If marks, damage or mounting concerns appear, contact the seller with clear photographs and the order details before trying an improvised repair. That preserves the information needed to advise on the specific object.
